"You have reached the free plan limit"

You see this message when your store has imported 5 products on the Free plan. That's the Free plan's total limit, not a monthly one, so it doesn't reset.

Fix

1. Go to the Pricing page in Migratify.
2. Upgrade to Standard or Plus. Both include unlimited product imports.
3. Return to the Import page and run your import again.

Deleting previously imported products from your Shopify store does not free up Free plan imports; the count tracks what you've imported, not what's currently in your store.
