Import products from a URL

Features · Updated Jul 16, 2026

Paste a product link and Migratify copies the product into your Shopify store. This works for most public websites without any extra setup.

Supported sources

Migratify auto-detects the source from the URL. You can import directly from:

  • Any Shopify store (product, collection, or whole-store URLs)
  • Amazon
  • Etsy
  • Lazada
  • Daraz
  • BigCommerce
  • Many other public websites

Websites protected by captchas or passwords, like Shopee and AliExpress, need the Chrome extension instead.

Steps

  1. Open Migratify and go to the Import page.
  2. Paste the product URL into the Product URL card. Use the + button to add more URLs and import several products at once.
  3. Migratify validates each URL as you type and tells you how many products it found.
  4. Check the Product preview column to confirm the product looks right.
  5. Set your options in the Import settings card, and optionally add a Magic Edit prompt.
  6. Click Start migration.

The import runs on our servers, so you can close the browser and the import keeps going. Progress is shown on the Import page, and you can click Stop migration at any time.

Tips

  • Skip validation starts the import without previewing the products first. Only use it when a preview fails but you're confident the URL is correct.
  • Only one import can run at a time. Wait for the current one to finish before starting another.
  • On the Free plan you can import up to 5 products in total. Paid plans have no import limit.
