Track chat-attributed revenue
RagChat shows you how much revenue the chat is actually driving, so you can see the app paying for itself. This works on every plan with no setup.
How attribution works
When the AI shows a shopper a product in the chat and that shopper buys it within the next 7 days, the order is counted as chat-attributed. The full order total is credited, since the chat is what started the purchase.
Each order is only ever counted once, no matter how many products were recommended in the conversation.
Where you see it
- Dashboard: the Chat-attributed revenue card shows the attributed total and order count for the last 30 days, with a comparison to the previous 30 days.
- Inbox: in a shopper's details panel, attributed orders carry a Chat attributed badge. Hover it to see the explanation: the shopper bought a product the AI recommended in this chat within the previous 7 days.
Tips to grow this number
- Keep your product knowledge synced and within your plan's product limit, so the AI can recommend from your full catalog.
- Turn on the Add to cart button in widget settings so shoppers can act on recommendations instantly.
