What languages does RagChat support?

For your shoppers: all of them, automatically. The AI detects the language a shopper writes in and replies in that language. There is nothing to configure, and one store can serve shoppers in many languages at once.

Your welcome message and suggested question chips are shown exactly as you wrote them, so if your store serves mostly one market, write those in that language in Settings → Widget.

For you: the RagChat admin interface is available in English and Spanish. Change it under Settings → General → App language. This only affects your own view of the admin, not the widget or your teammates.
