Need help with a bulk edit? You can reach the Edify team two ways.

Chat with us in the app

1. Open Edify from Apps in your Shopify admin.
2. At the bottom of any Edify page, click Contact support (next to Need help?). You can also click the round chat button at the bottom-right of the app.
3. The Chat panel opens. Type your question and send it.

Our assistant answers right away, and our team can see the conversation and follow up if you need more help.

What to include

You'll get a faster fix if you tell us:

• Your store's .myshopify.com address.
• The task name from History, if your question is about a specific edit.
• What you were trying to change (for example, "increase prices by 10% for one collection").
• What happened instead, and roughly when.
• A screenshot of the edit or the error, if you have one.
