Bulk edit option sets and adjust prices
Manage many option sets at once from the Option sets page: enable, disable, export, delete, duplicate, and adjust add-on prices in bulk.
Bulk actions
- Go to Option sets.
- Select option sets with the checkboxes.
- Pick an action from the bulk actions bar:
- Enable or Disable: show or hide the selected option sets on your storefront without deleting them.
- Export (Pro): download the selected sets as a JSON file. See Import and export option sets.
- Delete: permanently remove the selected sets.
- Adjust add-on prices (Pro): change prices across all selected sets at once.
Duplicate an option set (Pro)
Click the duplicate icon on any option set row to open a pre-filled copy in the editor. Handy for building variations of an existing set. Inside the editor you can also copy options from another option set instead of rebuilding them.
Adjust add-on prices in bulk (Pro)
Raise or lower every add-on price across the selected option sets in one pass:
- Select the option sets and choose Adjust add-on prices.
- Choose increase or decrease, then choose percentage or fixed amount.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
Two kinds of values are skipped automatically:
- values with a price of $0 (free choices stay free)
- values linked to a product, because their price comes from the linked product itself
Undo a bulk price change (Pro)
Every bulk adjustment is recorded:
- On the Option sets page, open the More actions menu and choose the price history.
- Find the adjustment and click Revert to restore the previous prices.
