Plans and pricing
Optionize has two plans: Free and Pro. This article covers what each includes and how billing works. The Pricing page inside the app always shows the exact prices and features for your store.
Free plan
Free forever, no time limit. It includes:
- Unlimited options and option sets
- All 20 option types
- Duplicate option values
- Live preview
- Multi-currency support
- Custom CSS
- Email and chat support
Pro plan
Pro is $9.99 per month with a 7-day free trial, or $89.99 per year (about 25% off, no trial on the yearly plan). It includes everything in Free, plus:
- Add-on price: charge extra for option values
- Product linking: add a linked product to the cart when a value is selected
- Conditional logic: show or hide options based on other answers
- Duplicate options and option sets, and copy options between sets
- Import and export option sets
- Bulk add-on price adjustments with history and revert
- Widget translations
- Priority support
How billing works
- Charges go through Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
- The free trial starts when you pick the Pro monthly plan and lasts 7 days. Cancel within the trial and you won't be charged.
- To upgrade, go to Pricing in the app and pick a plan. To downgrade, switch back to Free from the same page.
- If you downgrade to Free, your option sets and their configuration stay intact, but Pro features are no longer available.
- Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription automatically. Refunds follow Shopify's app billing rules.
