Import reviews with the Chrome extension

Amazon, Shopee, Shein, and Temu are CAPTCHA-protected, so our server can't fetch their reviews directly. The WiseReviews Chrome extension solves this: it imports reviews straight from the product page in your browser.

If you paste a URL from one of these sites into the normal import form, you'll see "Please use the Chrome extension to import from this website" and be taken to the Extension page.

Prerequisites

• Google Chrome (or a Chromium browser that supports Chrome extensions).
• Reviews from other sources (like AliExpress or Etsy) don't need the extension. See Import reviews from AliExpress and other marketplaces.

Step 1: Install the extension

1. In WiseReviews, go to Extension.
2. Click Install now. This opens the WiseReviews extension on the Chrome Web Store.
3. Click Add to Chrome.

Step 2: Connect the extension to your account

The extension authenticates with your Extension app key:

1. On the Extension page, find the Extension app key field. Click the eye icon to reveal it, or the copy icon to copy it.
2. Open the extension in Chrome and paste in your app key.

If you ever need a new key (for example, if you shared it by accident), click the refresh icon to regenerate it. The old key stops working immediately.

Step 3: Import from a product page

1. In Chrome, open the product page on Amazon, Shopee, Shein, or Temu whose reviews you want.
2. Open the WiseReviews extension and follow its prompts to pick the matching product in your store and start the import.
