Get started with WiseReviews
Welcome to WiseReviews! In about ten minutes you can have real customer reviews showing on your storefront. This guide walks you through the three setup steps you'll find on the Home page.
After installing the app, open it from your Shopify admin. The Setup guide on the Home page tracks your progress through these steps.
Step 1: Import reviews
If you sell products that already have reviews elsewhere (AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, and more), import them so your store doesn't start empty:
- In the Setup guide, click Import reviews.
- Pick your product, paste the marketplace product URL, choose your options, and click Import.

Step 2: Install the review widgets
Widgets are what your customers see: the reviews list, star ratings, and featured reviews on your storefront.
- In the Setup guide, click Install widgets.
- Enable the WiseReviews app embed in your theme, then add the widget blocks where you want them.

Step 3: Customize the widgets
Make the widgets match your theme: colors, layout, texts, and language.
- In the Setup guide, click Customize widgets.
- Adjust the settings and click Save.
