Import reviews from AliExpress and other marketplaces

Import existing reviews from marketplaces like AliExpress into your store in a few clicks. Paste a product URL, choose your options, and WiseReviews pulls the reviews in for you.

Supported sources

You can import from: AliExpress, Amazon, CJdropshipping, eBay, Etsy, HktvMall, Lazada, Shein, Shopee, Temu, Tokopedia, and Wish.

Four of these (Amazon, Shopee, Shein, and Temu) are CAPTCHA-protected and cannot be imported by URL. Use the WiseReviews Chrome extension for those instead.

Import from a product URL

  1. In WiseReviews, go to Reviews and click Import reviews.
  2. Choose the review type: Product reviews (reviews for one of your products) or Shop reviews (reviews for your shop as a whole).
  3. For product reviews, click Pick a product and select the product in your store that should receive the reviews.
  4. Paste the marketplace product page link into Product URL. Validation can take up to 60 seconds.
  5. Pick your options:
    • Filter reviews: import all reviews or only a specific star rating. Some sources add extra filters like With media. This filter requires a paid plan.
    • Number of reviews: drag the slider to set how many reviews to import.
    • Reviewer name format: show names exactly as on the source, show only the first and last letter (like A******s), or replace every name with Anonymous.
    • Automatically sync new reviews: keep pulling in new reviews from this URL automatically (Standard and Plus plans). See Automatically sync new reviews.
    • Import reviewer profile image: checked by default.
    • Skip already imported reviews: tick this when re-importing from a URL you've used before, so duplicates are left out.
  6. Confirm I have permission to use these reviews is ticked, then click Import.

The modal closes and an Importing reviews progress bar appears on the Reviews page. You can keep working while it runs, or click Stop import to cancel. When it finishes you'll see "Reviews have been successfully imported."

Import limits

How many reviews you can import in total depends on your plan: 100 on Free, 50,000 on Standard, and unlimited on Plus. If you hit your limit, you can upgrade on the Plans page or delete old imported reviews to free up room. See Plans and pricing.

Bulk import from multiple URLs (Plus plan only)

On the Plus plan you can import from up to 30 product URLs at once:

  1. Go to Reviews, click Import reviews, and open the Multiple URL import tab.
  2. Click Learn more to see the CSV column details and download the template.
  3. Fill in one row per product URL. Each row sets the product, source, URL, filter, review count, name format, and sync options.
  4. Upload the file with Upload CSV file (CSV, up to 5 MB), then click Import.

If you need more than 30 URLs, split them into batches.

View your import history

Go to Reviews, open More actions, and click Import history. It lists your imports from the last 48 hours. Click a batch ID to see exactly which reviews came from that import.
