Translate reviews
Imported reviews often arrive in another language. Translate them in bulk so they read naturally in your store's language.
Translate a batch of reviews
- In WiseReviews, go to Reviews and select the reviews you want to translate. Use filters first (for example by Source) to narrow the list.
- In the actions menu, click Translate reviews.
- Pick the target language in the Language dropdown. You can choose any language, so translate into whatever your storefront uses.
- Check your remaining credits at the bottom of the modal, then click Translate.
Translation runs in the background. While it runs you'll see "Your reviews are currently being translated. Please wait until the process is complete."
Translation credits
Each translated review uses one credit. Credits per calendar month by plan: 10 on Free, 100 on Standard, and 1,000 on Plus. See Plans and pricing.
Good to know:
- Reviews with an empty body are skipped and don't use any credits.
- If a batch is larger than your remaining credits, only that many reviews are translated.
- Credits reset at the start of each month.
